Excelerator Coaching™ Facilitators
 |
Carollyne Conlinn, founder of the Excelerator Coaching™ Program is a 30-year veteran of corporate culture who holds advanced degrees in both science and business.
Today she is one of Canada’s most trained and experienced business coaches. Carollyne developed the Excelerator Coaching™ Program to address the interpersonal blocks that prevent many organizations from achieving the results they strive for. |
"People in business are dying at their desks. From the seclusion of
the home office to the pressure-cooker of the corporate boardroom, they don’t know how to connect with the people who are key to their success, be it clients, peers or bosses.
I believe that coaching is the most potent intervention capable of plugging this vital energy drain. What if individuals could acquire the basics of coaching to use for themselves?
I created the Excelerator Coaching™ Program to introduce people to the best of coaching skills in a form that they can use right away!"
The ECP is delivered by a team of international professional facilitators personally selected and trained by Carollyne to ensure consistent, premium quality.
