History of Full Spectrum Coaching

Full Spectrum Coaching was founded in 1999 by Carollyne Conlinn and provides leadership development and business coaching for leaders in organizations, independent professionals, and business owners. 

 The Excelerator Coaching™ Program was developed by Carollyne Conlinn in 2001 in response to requests from her clients for coaching skills development that would accelerate their success. 

Since the first program was delivered in December 2001, Excelerator Coaching™ has been adopted by The Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University, the Management Development Program at the University of British Columbia, and is the coach training program selected by the Lifestyle Coaching Institute for the health and wellness industry.  

 Excelerator Coaching™ is now available throughout the world through licensed facilitators who have been personally trained by Carollyne Conlinn. Please click here for Carollyne's bio.
