We may contact you directly if we have questions about your account. If you have any doubt that it is someone from Full Spectrum Coaching contacting you, please feel free to take the callers name and then call our office to verify their identify.

Conditions under which we will make an exception to our privacy policy are: to comply with the law, if we are investigating a breech of internal security, or to insure the safety of our users or our staff.
