Excelerator Essentials Lifestyle Coaching

This program is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF)and is an opportunity for Personal Trainers, Wellness Counselors, Health Professionals, Sports Coaches, and Fitness Facility Managers to help their clients and staff get better results through a masterful coaching relationship." Upon completion of the program, graduates will have met the ICF requirements for individual coach certification for 60 student contact learning hours in preparation for the Associate Certified Coach( ACC) level. Applicants to ICF must also meet other criteria, such as documented coaching hours as listed on the ICF website at www.coachfederation.org

• The program includes 60 hours of content, delivered via tele-class in two 3-month segments

• Expertly facilitated learning environments where the principles, tools and skills are acquired that will enable you to start using a coach approach immediately.

• Optional follow-up individual or group coaching sessions with a Licensed Excelerator Coach to integrate learning.

• Superior learning tools including the Excelerator Coaching comprehensive course binder, and The Light Guide (a coaching-specific journal designed to stimulate creativity, and to track your learning and results)

• Training in effective coaching of groups and teams

• All the necessary tools to effectively grow your business

• The opportunity to coach and be coached surrounding issues and challenges that you will most likely face as a Lifestyle Coach
